I was a wild child growing up. Getting into more trouble than my mom ever dreamed. But all that experience paid off and has offered me a unique perspective on life and parenting. I don’t have all the answers, but I have a lot to draw upon. Now, I’m a goodie-two-shoes raising two gnarly kids. Josie, my daughter is 3 and Beeker is 19 months (not their real names, of course). My fifth year anniversary is just around the corner and I couldn’t be more excited and grateful for my hubby, Ben! Because I love the rebel in us all, I taught Jr. High Theater before deciding to stay at home with my two children. My favorite wild child age.
I started this blog to celebrate being a wild child and encourage my kid’s free-spirits while exploring healthy boundaries and tough love.
I’ve also been working on a memoir and can’t seem to find a way to end it. Perhaps because I’m not sure how to describe what life is like now. I hope to figure that out here, too
