I wonder what else the Nazis figured out about our psyche through experimenting on humans like animals that the government hasn’t revealed to us.
The last question I have for you is: WHY? What benefit would be gained by using these techniques on our children? Or on us? Because these techniques were used in the cartoons we submerged ourselves in every Saturday morning for hours and hours and years and years. What would be the point?

On some level, I really don’t believe that. I’m with you: what would be the purpose?
I don’t know what to think of it but I have felt something wasn’t right about many cartoons for some time. I’m not totally convinced that these messages are in everything we watch but the fact that the female characters are most often in little clothing and need a man to save them and want nothing but the attention of a man is disturbing enough for me. Something to think about anyway! Before I had kids I didn’t really care. Now I’m super protective. I guess that is expected:)
I don’t know what to say – it is a bit creepy, tho. I have to say I suspect that some of it is accidental and I think some folks put the word “sex” as a lark in comics. However, that doesn’t make it excusable.

Try deleting all your megesass and then taking the battery out of your phone for about 5 minutes and then replacing it. when you power back on make sure that there are no megesass in the box before texting again. That should work it [...]
It’s hard to believe- and freaky! I’ve heard of ‘them’ doing it for advertising products- but I can’t really understand other reasons.
Yeah, pretty weird. Isn’t everything we watch on TV an advertisement of some sort? I can’t go into a store without every movie character being sold in doll, t-shirt, or food form!
Thank goodness there are a few good shows out there that my kids can watch. But I have to really weed through to find them!
I’ve been around long enough to watch children go from kids playing kick ball in fields and kick the can on city streets to murdering someone for their sneakers and psycho bullying in schools.
Two things: God gave sex for marriage. By taking sex and turning it into simply a physical release rather than a form of love between a husband and wife, you set people up for failure as evidenced by the 1 woman 4 men who could be the baby-daddy except none were. It eats into the worth of each woman and helps men continue to disdain women instead of respect them. It tears down societal rules and values, and undermines everything God set up to bless His people. It is not an accident the world is where it is today – from Mayberry to WW3 against family values and human worth.
I’ve known about subliminal messages since the early 80′s – I had no idea it went back as far as it did (i.e., cartoons from when I was a kid). There are subliminal messages in theatres to buy buy buy at the concession stand, half-second flashing of popcorn, coke, going by so fast you don’t even know you saw it. The first I heard were about messages at the drive-in theatre. There are subliminal messages in television commercials and some not so subliminal (i.e., Saturday morning commercials aimed at kids and buying the latest “hot” toys).
If you get a child turned on to sex early on, you start them down the road to destruction. They only think about “getting off” and not the person involved or what it is doing to them. Everything is about the flesh and not about God (spiritual). It creates teen and earlier aged pregnancies, single parent children angry at the world, ruining the lives of the young women (and men). Oh it is very insidious. Satan’s favorite job – destroying God’s people anyway he can. Intro them to sex because truly, the intimacy of sex done wrong can destroy a person.
The reason is scriptural – preparing people for the anti-Christ and end-times. When that time comes, that current generation of people will be so numb to death, dismemberment, rape, murder, pain & death inflicted on humans by humans, that what happens to people who don’t “accept the mark of the beast” but take the stand for God will seem OK, the norm, no big deal. The torture will be the new norm and the people “deserving it”.
It takes awhile to wipe out generations of children raised to respect others, honor parents, respect the sanctity of life, have manners, and take away everything God intends for those children and their future. It ruins that future and their lives unless they can find peace and turn around by meeting Jesus. It started years ago, one step at a time until you’ve gone from people of honor to people only thinking about themselves.
You said it all. Some people don’t look at the possibility that some of these things could be intentional but how could they not be? By the time we are adults we know what children see and what we see. We know about right and wrong. These illustrators know they shouldn’t do what they are doing. There is no way it is an accident. So, we have to look at why they would do it and no healthy adult would put sex images in children’s movies. Would anyone you know do that? Most people are good. So why would they do that? It is intentional.
